9mm and .45 Caliber Extractors are not the same

Below is a picture of three different extractors.

The .45 Extractors are also marked 45 in the extractor retaining pin groove.

If you install a .45 caliber extractor in a 9mm bolt, it will not sufficiently grab the case like a 9mm extractor would. The pictures below show a 45 extractor in a 9mm bolt on the left and a 9mm extractor in a 9mm bolt on the right.
